The warranty is always with the manufacturer. In most cases, the warranty will be 1 year from date of purchase. This will be specified if different. We will facilitate returns to the supplier under warranty. Returning the item to us will be at your expense. For Kindles, please read Amazon's warranty terms and conditions.


All returns must be pre-authorised by sending an e-mail to returns@wecangetit.co.za.

We accept returns on any stock item purchased from us, as long as:
1) the item is in sealed/unopened original packaging;
2) the original proof of purchase (invoice or order number) accompanies the return;
3) the item is returned within 7 days of purchase.
Where the packaging has been opened, we have to charge a 10% re-packaging fee - this will be deducted from your credit/refund.

Returns cannot be accepted on special order items - these were ordered / customised for you specifically and are therefore not resellable.

Return shipping is for the customer's account.


Returns that are pre-authorised and received within the guidelines above, but that are not due to our error, will be refunded with a credit / voucher to be used towards another purchase on wecangetit.co.za. There are no cash refunds.
Items returned after 7 days of purchase, incur a 10% handling/re-stocking fee.
Refunds take 7 days from receiving the returned item, to be processed.
Please note shipping costs cannot be refunded.
